Returns and Exchanges

At Friday Fox we accept returns or exchanges on everything we sell so you can purchase with confidence. We just ask that you return any item within 14 days of receipt of order, in an unused condition. For peace of mind we recommend you get a free proof of posting certificate from the Post Office.

If you need to return or exchange something, please email us first, to help us identify your order. We will process your return or exchange as quickly as possible.

Please note, we do not refund return Postage & Packing charges, except when it is our responsibility to rectify a manufacturing fault or other defect in one of our products. Exchanges may also incur an additional postage charge, depending on destination. We will endevor to keep this cost to an absolute minimum.
