Our customers are the most important people to us, so our aim is to deliver the best service possible. We dispatch 97% of orders from stock within 24 hours, allowing for weekends and holidays.

We send out our dog coats to UK customers by Royal Mail Tracked, so most are received the next day. International orders for dog coats are sent by airmail (small packets) so delivery typically takes 4-6 days.

Larger orders are sent by courier on a fully tracked basis. For mainland UK deliveries we use a 24 hour service, Highlands and Island 48-72 hours and international orders are sent on a 4-6 day service.

If an item is not in stock then we will call or email to let you know. For piece of mind, if you are not happy with your order, we offer a full “no quibble” refund or exchange policy. A few conditions apply and they can be found here.
