At Friday Fox we dispatch international orders on a daily basis, particularly to the Republic of Ireland, mainland Europe, Scandinavia, Australia, Canada and the USA.

Following the departure of the United Kingdom from the EU, we now automatically deduct UK VAT from the checkout total of EU customers, so we ship tax free. When your order arrives in the EU, your national customs will collect the tax due through the shipping couriers. We apologise for this but it is outside our control.

If it is a dog coat or two you require then it is usually sent with DPD or Royal Mail Airmail service for these smaller parcels. Delivery to Europe is 2-5 days, Scandinavia 4-5 days or North America typically 4-7 days.

We also constantly monitor shipping rates to find the best available deal for our international customers on larger items. Currently we are using DPD and UPS to dispatch our worldwide orders and delivery to North America typically takes just 3-6 days with 48 hours not being unusual.

The winter is our busiest time of year especially at Christmas, but we still dispatch 98% of all orders by the next working day. We are open until mid-day on Christmas Eve and, although it gets a little frantic here at times, we will be packing and sending out your orders right up to then.

You also qualify for tax-free shipping if goods are being dispatched outside the United Kingdom and the EU. This is automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address at the checkout.

Please note that, due to their large size, it is dificult to ship dog beds outside the European Union. If you require one shipping to anywhere else in the world, please contact us for a quotation prior to ordering.

For orders sent to BFPO Addresses Based Outside the EU.

Please place your order as normal. As the BFPO mailing address is within the UK you will initially have to pay VAT with your order. However, on processing your order we will automatically recalculate your sales receipt into a VAT free order and refund your VAT amount via the payment gateway you used. This is done within 24 hours.

For orders sent to BFPO Addresses Based Within the EU

Before we can issue a VAT refund for an order dispatched to a BFPO address which is within the EU, UK VAT legislation requires us to obtain a “certificate of entitlement” confirming that the items have been dispatched to, and received by, a qualifying body or person as set out in paragraph 14.4 of HM Revenue and Customs Notice 725 dated January 2014.
